I started as a customer service representative in their prescription drug division. Most customer inquiries and interactions were done digitally. My time at the Rx division was short as I was only a fill-in for a woman on maternity leave. Knowing this, I networked and ultimately found a place on the newly formed Ecommerce team. Our goal was to build a digital platform in which we could continue to offer our customers quality, affordable, health-care products. Being part of the service and bartending team for over 4 years contributed to relationships that still exists to this day. O.P. helped me pay my way through college. As I was nearing the end of my senior year, this is where I met the Business Development Engineer who would then go on to hire me for a complete brand overhaul of their company.
